• Refunds are not applicable on items that have been customized or personalized (e.g., custom name necklaces).
• Items purchased during sale or promotion are non-refundable.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

2. Provide Details: Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear product photos.
3. Wait for Approval: Once approved, you may be asked to return the product to our address in Karachi.
4. Verification: After verification, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
